I had a good stay at Riad Marrakiss, which offered a charmingly authentic atmosphere in the heart of the Medina. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming vibe. However, there were some communication barriers as only one staff member spoke English fluently, which could be challenging at times. Overall, it is great value for money considering the location and included breakfast.

My room was neat and clean, featuring traditional touches that added to the authentic Marrakech experience. However, the decor felt a bit dark and heavy, which might not suit everyone's taste.

The staff were super friendly and attentive, always eager to assist, though the language barrier with some team members created some awkward moments.

Situated perfectly in the heart of the Medina, the riad was conveniently close to attractions, yet surprisingly quiet at night, which was a pleasant surprise.

Breakfast was included and consisted of a lovely spread of freshly baked goods, along with deliciously fresh orange juice. It was a nice way to start my mornings.

The riad offered basic facilities, including housekeeping, which kept everything tidy during my stay. There was also a lovely rooftop area to relax.

My stay at Riad Marrakiss was a mixed bag. On one hand, I loved the authentic atmosphere and the quiet location in the heart of the Medina, allowing for genuine moments of relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, though I encountered some language barriers that made communication challenging at times. However, I was disappointed with the room issues, particularly the misunderstanding about bed arrangements during my stay.

The room I received initially didn’t match my booking, with two single beds instead of a double. This confusion was frustrating, as it took several days to finally get it addressed.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Medina, close to the bustling Djemaa el Fna square, yet very quiet at night, which I appreciated.

I had a pretty good experience overall at Riad Marrakiss, thanks to its perfect location in the heart of the Medina. The authenticity of the place was good, but I did run into some communication hurdles since most of the staff couldn't speak English. The breakfast was simple yet enjoyable, featuring pastries and fresh juice. However, some administrative issues and the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired.

The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the main square. It really captures the magic of Marrakech, although it can get quite noisy and crowded around it.

Breakfast was included and served in a lovely courtyard, but it mostly consisted of bread and jam. I appreciated the fresh orange juice, though.

Basic amenities like housekeeping and support for tours were available, but I had to pay in cash, which created some hassle.

I had a mixed experience at Riad Marrakiss. The location was perfect, being in the heart of the medina and a short walk to the main square. However, the noise from the owners and the street made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff, while friendly, did have limited English skills, which created some fun moments but also challenges in communication.
